Description
The ring in the first instalment of the Obrączka line reaches 180 x 180 x 180 cm – the same proportions on every axis build a form with no defined front, read as a closed outline from every side.
The sculpture is made from resin, in a graphite, silver or gold finish. The material gives an intense surface colour at a low weight for the form – gold and graphite contrast with the greenery of a garden, while silver works through its reflection of light.
At a scale of 180 cm, the form works well in a garden or as an element that organises an entrance space. It is made in the Steel Stone Wood studio as an original or in a short series.
