Description

A 19 x 19 cm base and a height of 90 cm give the narrowest proportions in the Time-worn I line, making its slenderness the most striking in the whole series. Bands of rusting and polished surface run close together, creating a dense, distinctive rhythm.

The body is formed from corten, its rust colour and patina deepening over time outdoors, combined with brushed and polished stainless steel, which reflects the light of the room.

Its narrow base and moderate height mean the sculpture stands well on a sideboard, console table, pedestal or a desk in a study. It is made in our studio near Częstochowa, Poland, as an original or in a short series, signed by Kris Szczypiński.
